Yes totally agree with that when we get loss then we feel depression and frustration because no body wants loss.To get rid of frustration we should do hard work and do work consistently and with fresh mind,then it will give best outcomes.We should learn by our mistakes.

mere dost bohat se log yahan per trade kartee waqt farustration se kam kertey hain aur loss ka samna karta hain is se bach ney ke liye un ko yahan per aram se sakon se prticed se experienced se trade ko karana chaiye us ke bad hi un ko profit hota hai.

forex trading is the place where we can be very happy at the moment and also we can be very frustrated in other moment.. This is not the way for me to make money and to be good with the trading business. We should be very happy and also very good in trading. The trading business is the main earning way but it gives me frustration.

frustration is include in human nature because when you facing big loss and try to be normal but could,nt. because of frustration. it,s produced it self and effected on man. try to avoid mistakes and if u will get some loss than after this try to be normal and don,t give any chance to occupy on ur thinking.

I think forex and furstration are get together in one place like when you are losing in any trade or you make a transaction or you want to make a particular trade but the actual position no permit you so definitely yo will be get frustrated
