Dear Brother.. Big leverage is good for trading but more risk for the capital, if you ever the mistake then have to be all loose from the real account, because i have few time like this mistak and had huge loose from them. so like use small leverage to my real account.

I think that we are select the leverage is the max but we are care the lot size that my thinking is that you are select the lot size is .05. So in this way you are earn the low profit but regular & save your money for the long time. So you are good work in the forex market.

you need to understand how leverage works before choosing one. leverage is like a credit facility given to you by your broker to enable you open more positions and give room for your account to breathe.when you choose a leverage of 1:100, it means for every dollar/cent/euro you open a position with, your broker is backing you up with 100 value.
for a beginner, i think maximum of 1:200 should be good for you if you dont intend opening more than 2 positions at once. it will really safeguard your account.
