"who win and who lose in the market"

one question always crossed my mind in the forex : -
WHO WIN AND WHO LOSE IN THE FOREX?
i mean if i gained 150 dollars will someone else lose 150 dollars because then i will feel guilty.
or my winning is the loss of the broker only or what?
do they counter my orders in another market or in real life to compensate for loss?
if any of you knows please let us know how that works.

This market is for the hard workers and not for the lazy and emotional peoples winners are those persons who really want to gain from this risky business then they work hard and learn skills and techniques to capture this market and those who want to trade without experience and not much knowledge then they are losers
