agreed but A VERY LITTTLE BIT, BECAUSE MANAGMENT IS THERE NEED TO BE BUT EXPERIENCE IN THIS ACCOUNT IS VERY NECESSARY BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE THAT WHEN TO MAKE A TRANSACTION AND WHEN TO CLOSE AND WHAT TO DO AT MEAN TIME THEN IT IS VERY HARD TO SURVIVE HERE.
