i feel stress when i was suffered with losses

Its a natural thing when someone face losses at that time they feel very stress and anxiety because no one ready for to accept any loss that's why strees come very strongly but those trader who control thier emotions in bad time and always steady in any situation will be successful soon because this business was the game of mind so be strong.

yeah you are right and i confess that when someone get loss he/she feel stress ,depression and worried but this is not a good thing this is worse ,worse for us ,worse for our trade and for our account but the stress is a natural thing but we have to avoid this because in forex trading we get loss then this is sign for the success because we learn from mistakes.
