i do not like high risk at all. i usually use low risk, but sometimes i rise my risk a little bit to become moderate risk and this happens only when i am 100% sure of what will happen during my trade.

Yes, if you are new in this business then you should keep your leverage level low as much as possible because it will give you more safe trading, and i am sure that 1:25 leverage level is the best for new traders.
