i am new i have not proparly annswer about tis question but i think sale stop those when market going down and you sale .sale limit means the sale when market going up .

Sell stop and sell limit of types of pending orders. When market in downward direction then we place a pending order using sell stop that at particular point if it hit then sell order open and when market first in buy mode and then at high level point it will be sell then we can place sell limit pending order.
