how can i understant up trend and down trend?

dear it is not the possible to easily understand if we will understand it ,then we will get the success in the forex easily ,the success is the possile with the skills ,and if we will get the success in the forex when we will get the maximum skills

I may have some shortage of experience. i have seen that some times suddenly the market price goes so much high or so much down. is there any way to learn about this ups and downs?
