Leverage means loan. that means- A broker will give you loan for trading. suppose you don't have big amount for trading, then you can get loan from broker for big trade. it ll help a trader a lot. on the other hand, it can be create problem.

Thanks for the information on leverage. So from your opinion, what is the best leverage to use? High, moderate or very low leverage? Am always confused on this aspect as i need to maximize my returns in the markets and minimize risks taken as they cannot be eliminated.
