Mere sath bhi yeh problem thi lekin meri problem solve hogai mostly aesa hota hai jab ap k documents proper tarike se vissible na hon to lekin agar phir bhi ye problem aae to ap online support manager say bat kar lain wo ap ko behtar guide kar lenge ya phir ap apna document change karlein jese k NIC ki jag koi or Bank statement ya utility Bill waghaira upload kar k check karlein IN SHA ALLAH hojaega verify.

Ap ny jo CNIC english main convert krwaeya hy.Wo ap dobara stamp paper py english main convert krwao Oth commision ki stamp with signature hn gy scan krwa k upload karo gy to phr verify ho jaey ga,

dear ap first level main jeb apna CNIC ki copy upload keti hain to jeb ye pass ni hoti to ik message ata ho ga is ko read krain k case kia hai but i think ap CNIC ki jo copy scan ker dati hain wo black ho gi is lie wo verify ni hoti ap CNIC ki colored copy kerwa ker attach krain to wo verify ho jay gi.

han han dost ap na boat sawal kia ha aur ma ap ki bat sa agree krta hu aur mjy b ya hi lagta ha kka forex aik acha ha aur is ma agar toou ap ka doucument reject htay hain is waja sa ap ka account nhi banata aur secondly dost ap ko apna identey card hona chaiya jis ki waja sa ap ko koi tensio nhi ho gai aur english ma hi hona lazmi ha...........

If you are having problem in verifying your account i think that you should check the document that you have uploaded to see if it is the right one or to see if it is not clear enough because those are reason for getting rejected at all time. make sure you are uploading the right document

Mera yeh question hai senior members se ke main jab bhi insta forex ka first level verify karti hun to har dafa verification manager mere document ko reject kardete hain....... jab ke main 1st level main apna CNIC front aur back english translation main scan karwa ke dalti hun upload to hojata hai par woh pass nai hota main ne kafi dafa try kia hai har dafa yehe ata hai it hink yahan pe bohat se members ki ziada tar yehe thread hoti hain........:confused:
Iska koi solution hai ke asani se mera account verify hojaye please help me seniors....:(

dear app again apny document scan kero takey verification manager approve ker sakty . app key un documents mein koi na koi mistakes hogi jis ki waja sey app ka account approved nahe ho raha . es laye app teak sey scan ker or again upload ker.
