Dear ap agar apni postings or threads ko find krna chahte hain to simply upper apne account k user name par click kren apne profit main jaen wahan left hand side par picture k niche options hone find latest posts and threads to wahan click kren apki sari approved postings wahin milenge.

Brother I do not know is there any option like you are saying but you can save the link which will create when you post. When you will post on forum then it will show you your post and in the up of the browser will have the link you can also bookmark the page.
