The forex market is huge worldwide, trading for billions of dollars day and night, but there is no central market.


There is no such thing as 'New York Currency Exchange' or 'European Currency Exchange'.


You always trade 'counter' with your bank or trader when you trade forex. It is possible that at the same time, someone else is working for the same amount of money as you are using another facility at a different price.


Due to the size of the market, and because many banks and specialty buyers publish quotes from different currencies 24 hours a day, the result (or arbitrage) is that all quotes from banks and traders are always close.


Because of deep money, forex markets are ‘determined victims’ of the charts as they truly reflect the common psychology of the trading community. Therefore, the price moving forward in forex charts is the result of the buying and selling of millions of traders around the world.


As a result, it takes more energy (money) to change the way money works than it does to change the way small stock or commodities
Money pairs are not twins.
When we talk about the Euro, the American dollar, or the Yen, we are, in fact, talking about only half the amount of money. Any currency is always denounced BECAUSE of other currencies.To understand, we must also mention another part of the currency pair, for example, EURUSD or USDJPY. However, the existence of the USD is mentioned, so we abbreviate these two pairs into just Euro or Yen.

In the chart below, the time is days. ‘Tail’ is a way to travel for the past five days. You can see that the ‘best-looking’ funds are heading northeast - boosting limited performance and positive momentum.
The ‘worst’ currencies are heading towards the Southwest - a limited decline in performance and negative momentum.


Therefore, the ‘last’ currency pair should be longer towards the Northeast and merge with the other towards the Southwest.
