Candles Formation

Introduction:

• Descent block aik bullish trend reversal pattern hai, jo k "Three Black Crows Pattern" ki tarah bearish candles par mushtamil hota hai. Wese to is pattern me teen bearish candles hi shamil hote hen, lekin 2nd aur 3rd black candles ki kamzore price pe band hone ki waja se bearish trend ki teezi reversal ho jati hai. Descent block me me banni wali 2nd aur 3rd candle k lower bare shadow (wicks) aur small real body mazbot support ka ishara dete hen.

Pattern ki Pehchan k Rules:

1. Descent block aik bearish trend reversal hone ki waja se, qeematon ka pehle se low price area ya bearish trend me hona zarori hai.
2. Pattern me shamil teeno candles bearish ya black honi chaheye, aur har aik candle lower low par close (close price down side pe) hona chaheye.
3. Pattern me shamil candles aik dosre k real body me open hona chaheye, lekin zarori nahi hai, aur ye aik dosre se thore se gap me bhi open ho sakti hai.
4. Pattern me 1st candle aik mazbot real body wali bearish candle honi chaheye, jab k 2nd aur 3rd candle aik bari wick k sath small real body k hone chaheye.

Pattern ki Tafseel:

Descent block pattern me teen bearish candles shamil hone k bawajood bhi bullish trend reversal k leye jana jata hai. Ye pattern ya to ziada qeematon wale area me banta hai aur ya bearish trend k baad. Trend ka pattern same "Three Black Crows Pattern" jaisa hi hai, lekin three black crows me shamil teeno black candles ki real body ziada mazbot hoti hai, aur candles ki close price lowest position pe hoti hai. Jab k "Descent Block Pattern" me shamil black candles me 1st candle to strong hoti hai lekin 2nd aur 3rd candle ki real body small bhi hoti hai aur is ka wick body se kafi bara hota hai. 2nd aur 3rd white candle ki weakness market me selling pressure k khatme ka ishara hota hai. Pattern me shamil teeno black candles ki real body lazmi honi chaheye.


Trading ka Amal:

Descent block pattern pe trading me traders ko thora sa muhtat ho k trading karni chaheye, q k ye pattern aik aarzi (temporary) trend reversal pattern hai. Waqti tawar par to qeematen kuch had tak zaror upward jayengi, lekin long term duration k leye is ko trading k leye istemal karna thek nahi hai. Pattern banne k baad third candle pe buy ki entry ki ja sakti hai. Lekin ziada ihteyat is me hai, k 4rth candle ki confirmation ki jaye, agar wo white banti hai to ye bullish trend reversal ka signal hota hai. Stop loss k leye position black candles ki sab se lowest price level hogi.
