CCI = (Typical Price - MA)/ (0.15 × Mean Deviation)
How to Calculate Commodity Channel Index Indicator?
1. Commodity Channel Index Indicator man trader by default 20 period ko leta ha jin ki prices ka average ko current market price k sath compare ker k ye indicator result ko graph per show kerta ha. Traders apni choice k number of periods b le sakta han lakin less periods k liye ye inducator volatile results deta ha is liye best ha k 20 periods he len.
2. Typical Price for 20 periods k liye calculate kerna k liye ye inducator price k high, low aur close ko leta ha.
3. Moving Average = Typical Price of 20 periods ÷ 20
4. Mean Deviation = (Typical Price - MA) ÷ 20
Note: Mean Deviation ko calculate kerta howa minus values ko ignor kerna ha.
5. MA aur Mean Deviation ki most recent prices ko Commodity Channel Index Indicator k formula man put ker result ko nikala jata ha.
6. Yahen process her new period ko find kerna k liye repeat kia jata ha.
