Calculation of RSI:





RSI ko two steps ma calcuate kia jata ha, pehlay step ma relative strength maloom kia jata ha jo perticular period ma average gains ko utnay hi period ki average losses sa divide kar kay hasil hota ha, us kay liay hum ye formula use kartay hain,

RS = {(sum of gain in price + gain this bar)/n} / {sum of loss in price + loss this bar)/n}

RSI ki calculation ma relative strength ko 0 sa 100 ki range kay sath bind karna ha, is step ka formula ye hoga

RSI = 100 - 100 / (1 - RS)

RSI k ay liay default period 14 hota ha lakin kuch traders 8 periods RSI ko intraday time frames kay liay prefer kartay hain,
