problems in uploading pictures to post.

Hello dear admin,today i tried to upload the picture of my bonus account where i received the bonus amount so that i can share my account with others,But when i click on attach attachments then it shows blank page and could not upload pics,Please check the issue by yourself sir.

i have never heard of anything before,i have used other forums like ITTALLEEM and on that i just go advance and just attach the images in the post and just post it,and it appear but here at first when i try to do that then i get nothing,
But now after submitting the thread about problem i see that this work and i can upload pictures now,
