What is a stop loss. How it work ?

Stop loss is a order placed by the trader while trading in order to determine the risk that he wants to take. Stop loss is used to avoid from big loss in trading. It restrict the loss to a specific limit that a trader set. When the market trend is going against the prediction of the trader he has to face loss. The order will be automatically closed when the loss touches the limit set by trader. In this way trader remains safe from big loss.
