Does Demo account makes us perfect in trading??

Friends I've recently joined trading and now working on a a DEMO account. I have studied a little on it and still learning and watching market. plz tell me that:
if DEMO is enough for me as learning state, than I'm a complete trader??
how can i improve my DEMO trading?
Will DEMO treat me the same as real market does?
And What will be the crucial steps in DEMO trading to be successful?
