why people think that forex trade is very easy?

Many people give suggestion to their friends about Forex trade because if you are a successful trader then you can earn a lot.But when beginner join this trade their profit and loss ratio is some how disturb.Because some of them have in mind that it is very easy and they do not get experience from demo account rather they just enter by know little bit about it and start.
My question is how we can realize the people that it is not easy to trade Forex.How we can make their mind change and make them hard working.
