How can I can control me from taking risk

i think we should gain control over for taking risk on trading time. first traders don't want to control it but when they get loses from trade they try hard to control it in trading time.i think for that you have make your mind for target of pips that you can take risk or amount of money than use stop loss system and set a target on that point it will automatically use that system stop loss when you want to stop it if you think you can do it manually than it will be hard for you because no traders wants to take loss from trade.
