I think trading ka koi b time fix nahi hota because market day and night nahi dekhti kabhi b up ho sakti hai kabhi b down so mere khayal se aap trading tb karo jub aap ko lage k ye time aap mentally prepare ho or bilkul fresh mind hai then aap aik acha anylsis kar sako ge so before trading you get fresh your mind..

Yes, I totally agree with you that 3 to 11 pm is the best timing for Forex trading. Of course, timing plays a very important role in Forex trading. Although, we can access the Forex trading market and can trade at any time of the day or night during the week, but there are certain hours or timings are far better than other timings of the day and night especially those hours or timings are far more active for Forex trading when the London and United States Forex markets open for trading.
