i really agree with your opinion, i think 90-95% traders failure in forex because he/she not trading with seriously in the demo. so you must seriously trading in the demo as a way you to trade in the real account

G han demo account is equal to real account. demo account assal ma hamin teach karne ka lia hota ha. demo ma hum teach karte hain. ja k real ma hum naksan b karte hain. demo account is a teacher. agar hum demo ma kam nai karte too 100% hum naksan karain ga. is la demo account ma kam karna chaye.
