legal status of forex in pakistan and broker selection

salam to every one. i am hammad ahmed and i am new to forex.
i am practicing forex on META TRADER 4 for 2 months. but some one ( a money changer ) told me that forex trading is not allowed in pakistan. kindly clearly explain why people say this. the second problem i am facing is selection of broker and account opening. if i choose international broker like etoro or "******" then how we can transfer money in our account from pakistan because PAYPAL and all other e-payment sources are not available in pakistan except MASTERACRD.
