dear if your trade is going in the loss postion and you will loss you money in the forex trading . Then keep cool yourself fist and take a view where the mistake happen , In the future trading always keep in mind you mistake and care must be taken not to make again this mistake again and learn from your mistake also

i want to tell you that loss is a part of any business and don't disapointed when you lose i am sure next time your will be succeed so just focus your mind on forex and be continue i try try again and inshallah God ll help me and i know god is always with me jsut make trading with good efforts

Actually, if i take a loss i do not trade afterwards even if i see an opportunity. I had the tendency of doing revenge trades and lost quite a lot of traders due to that. Losses are part of trading and i made it a rule that i won't be trading if i take a loss.
