if you can control your emotions in forex while trading then you have won the half battle as mostly traders are unable to control their emotions while they are on terminal and then they do not care of trend or news or indicators and open some position and get some losses . if you want to control your emotions then while trading do not think of anything else. if you feel you are getting emotional then leave the terminal as much as you want to take to become normal again.
