Dear forex mein market ko teen qisam ki movement hoti hai aik ouper doosri neechay aur teesri sideways jub market ouper move ker rahi ho aur uss ko kisi rukawat ka samna ho tou uss ko resistance kehtay hain yah yeh keh lain ka jahan per market ki movement ruk jaye aur agar aosay hi jub neechay move ker rahi ho aur rukawat aa jaye tou uss ko support kehtay hain

Walaikum Assalam, market ka Hamesha "high" hota hai aur "low" Hota hai, Jab market apne high ko touch Karke wapis down a jaaye to to usko ham "Support" kahate Hain, or Jab market low ko touch Kar k up ah jaey to us lo "Resistance" kehtein hein, Forex market Hamesha Apne 'support or resistance' ko follow karti hai.

Market mein support resistance level bahut jyada importance rakhte Hain market Mein kam karte hue Kisi bhi member ko Apna Kam main sport or resistance level ko ignore nahin karna chahie balki aapko iska istemal karte hue market ko acche tarike se analysis karna chahie aur aapko apna analysis jaldi Mein Nahin Karna chahie balki market mein jyada Se Jyada time dekar Apne analysis ko complete karna chahie Kyunki se bhi hota hai Jiska hisab se aap learning banate hain aur aapko apni planning best Banani Hogi aur uske liye analysis ka best Hona Jaruri Hota Hai
