risk is fear

in my opinion mostly the people trade in confusion, sometimes they think and fear that they won't earn good profit. Sometimes they fear that they will loose somehow in the trade.
So i found that the most fear is always about risk of losing in Forex, and i want to ask that whether it is the only fear in your trading life. And how can we eliminate it?And if eliminated will you become a successful trader?
