indicators in trade

there are the indicators like
1. Moving average with periods 5 and 10.
2. Relative Strength Index
3. parabolic Sar
I believe these are not the only best indicators there are to trade with.More indicators and their settings with advantages are welcomed here with reasons.Please state how the indicator has helped you as well
