What is Difference between Scalping and Hedging?

well, form my own understanding i believe that the major difference between hedging and scalping is that hedging has to do with open buy and sell at the same time while scalping is a kind of trading style that is been done on the smaller time frame like 5M to 15M. it is aim for small pip continuously
