CFD is very well defined by malik80. I think it is the correct definition. its a contract between buyer and seller. CFD stand for "contract for difference" and in it two parties agree to exchange difference between opening and closing prices.

i do not have experience about that thing because i just have experience about currency and gold i mostly trading with gold it is batter for me and i can make huge profit in short time with gold trading easily..

CFD's are shares and stocks in forex brokers and these required large capital for trade. I am doing forex trading, which does not need higher investment for trading because this business can be start from less investment.
