Well brother according to my opinion 1st newbie ko training leni chahiye senior trader se, us ke bad demo account per H1 or H4 ke timeframe per practice karni chahiye, take zeyda se zeyda experience gain ho jae ga, jab ability ho jae tab live account per trade kare.
