Kon sa time frame best hey forex trading kay leay..?

As i think that every trader in the forex trading have its own point of view regarding this to use a time frame become some trader make short term trade and some trader makes long term trade so someone like the to make trader with 15M and some want to make trade with 30M in instaforex.

for trading we should take 2 or 3 hours and the best time is 1 to 3pm .but we can do every time in a day.because its trading bussiness.

As i think that in forex trading business we can able to use different time frame if we want to make a short term trading than it is perfect for us to use 5 M or 15 M or 30 M and if we want to make long term trading then you can able to use big time frame like 4 H or 1 week so it is depend on your trading.
