If you want to trad interday then H1 and H4 is good for you But If you want to trad long term then D1 is good But If you want to do scalping then M30 and M15 is the best for you.

yes my friend i am agree with your point of view that the time frame should according to the trading strategy and according to the investment the long trading strategy is suitable for the 4 hr and the daily chart and the short term strategy is the best with the 15 min and the 1 hr time frame
