What you do to control your emotions during trade?

My question to all of you that every one says that during trade have to control your emotions so i want to know that how you all control you emotions, what you all do to control your emotions during trade please share with me.

G ha daer hume forex may apne emotions ko control karna chahiye kiyu kay agar hum apne emotions ko control nai kare gay to hume forex may ziyada loss kay chances hote hain isi liye hume forex trading may greedy and emotion ko control karna chahiye phir hi ap acha profit earn kar sako gay.

My dear friend there is no place of emotions in forex trading business, if we want to get success in forex trading business and also wants to become good and expert trader then we have to control over our emotions.

mai apne emotions ko control mai rakhne k liye specific timing par trade karta hun like sirf ek or do ghante us k bad market close kardaita hoon q k trader jitni daer market k agay bhetay us ko greed barhta hai or wo utna he emotions se bahar ajata hai.

jab bhi ap forex trading kr nay k liye baythein tu apnay ap say commitment karein k ap nay kitna profit earn karna hay ya phir kitni dair tk online hona hay greediness ko apnay opper hawi nahi honay dayna.

Well i believe, confidence and have trust on my self so i due to these i can overcome and avoid from the emotions to play here in the forex while trading and analysis for trading.

The best way to control emotions while trading is to do practice on demo account before starting of trade in real account.In this way you'll et experience of trade and come to know how to control on emotions like greed and fear.

forex trading business main aik choti se galti baday loss ka sabab banti hai acha trader hamesha apni trade se greed aur emotion ko duor rakhta hai taa k koi galti na ho ager hum small losses se na ghabrayein to hum achi trade kar saktay hain.

Truly speaking, I never take control over my emotions and you know, this causes me a lot of loss every time I enter a trade with flow of emotions.

What I have learned best is to keep yourself away from the market and don't do over trading.

Over trading will always be harmful and it will make you emotional too.

the best way to control your emotion is to trade like a robot where by the you have set the rules of your trading strategy and then stick to it till the end that way you do not trade when there is no trade setup at any time of the day
