yes its right that the main reason for facing losses again and again by the most traders is over trading so its a good idea to minimize trades per day and i think one trade is not enough at least 2-3 trades are reasonable but should be based on good market analysis.

Loss is inevitable in forex trading and no one can prevent from the loss completely, even experienced traders are also struggling in this business and loosing their capital.
