Technical indicators on the forex market

I heard a lot about technical indicators and heard that their names belong to index maker. After hearing this I like to know if I can one day making my own index Is this impossible?

Technical indicators are those indicators which provides technical data aboit the market. Technical indicators help to find the best solution for the problem in the market behaviors. These are moving averages. RSI indicators are more popular in use.........
