Most of the traders apply stop loss to their trades, it is often seen that prices return to same level after some time, do not you think it shall be wasting money triggering stop loss when you know your prices shall come back after some time or your trade shall return in profit?

Your thread is good that we are use the stop losses that our losses is low. Because when the Forex market is against our order then they are chance that market is fown ore than 100 pips. We can not use the stop losses then we are losses the whole money. Stop losses safe our money.

When we decided to open a trade we are expecting that price shall touch a particular level and we set our target at that price, but in case market goes against our expectation we can set stop loss price at level which we think is difficult to touch and still we get small loss in case it hit, thus limiting the risk.
