JOB OPPORTUNITY
A globally known name in Forex , Equities and Commodities trading has recently given us a mandate to search for Territory Sales Managers in Pakistan.
At this time, there are 3 positions available (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) however, they are Geo-restricted, i.e. One person per territory which could be a city or an entire province.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a self-starter, a hunter by mindset, an entrepreneur at heart and ready to work from a home office in the early stages.
The candidate will also be well versed with channel management i.e. IB’s, corporate partner alliances in order to ensure a sustainable revenue stream.
The ideal candidate will also be a master business developer, marketer and lead generator. Not only will he/she have a list of leads, but will also be full of ideas on how to generate further leads.
Qualification criteria are as follows:
1) The Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree AND/OR
2) At least 5 years of experience in generating deposits for Forex/Commodities/Equities investments using CFD’s through MetaTrader or other platforms.
3) Must be based in the respective territory
4) Must have a book of clients that the candidate will use to generate instant deposits and Hit the Ground running.
5) Must speak and write perfect English.
6) Public speaking assignments (Conferences, seminars) are to be considered a part of the job and the candidate must show proof of past experience.
7) Must have generated a minimum of USD 15,000 per month in new deposits in past positions and must provide evidence to support. This could have been generated directly and/or through your own channels however, if you were in a management position before, do not count revenues of the entire team as your own when assessing your suitability for this position.
8) Must be mobile (in all possible ways that can be understood from this term)
9) Must be able to forecast accurately, deliver on forecasts and be able to professionally explain variances when they do happen.

The salary below is an expected amount that you will earn in the beginning. The last 4 executives we've placed in this position in another territory are presently earning in excess of USD 5,000 per month in their first 2 months. Average income range for senior staff within the company is USD 8,000 to USD 35,000 per month.
