I think this is the main point as many trader trade on very much low peaks as buy and high peaks to sell as respective to past support and resistance here so it is the main concern where people got in greed and panic so my advice it give the trend breath and check the support resistance level as it crosses the past respective then still wait and see long term trend.

Of course patience is the secret key to success in bad trading conditioned. Because in bad trading conditioned in forex that is only need patience to success. If you do not have patience you will be loss in here.
