Sometimes News do not effect the market why?

the News does not affect the market because the News are against the economy base mean if the USA economy is strong and the news come negative then the market does not react like that as the positive news do so this i the main cause of not reacting the market on news.

Yes, there are many times when the news do not works effective as other works, some times the pair goes opposite to the news and we mostly loss in that case our money and so we should becareful while trading with same kind of the pair.
