over confidence is really dangerous for any trader in forex market. it makes a trader greedy. trader take big lot volume. but whenever market moves against his trade, then trader lost capital. it also create bad emotion and indiscipline trading. so, we should must avoid overconfidence.

i think confidence is most important in forex trading.but no confidence and over confidence both are harmful for traders.
but i think over confidence is more harmful then no confidence.because some time due to over confidence we lose lot of money in trading but no confidence stop ourselves from doing trade
that ,s why we have less chances of lose
so it is true no confidence is better then over confidence.
