"Can you always close your losing trades"

I do not apply same idea all time.When I think that the price can be back then i do not close my loss trade and wait.Most of the time I use stop loss and for this reason the loss trade closes automatically.Because I believe that only using stop loss we can save our account from becoming zero.The main reason of account blowing is nothing but greed and not using stop loss.

well some time i closed my trade but i think if you have a large capital in your account then you have to patience because if you are patience here then you can make money and you can get success.

When our trades are in negative then we should closed that trades. I also close the negative trades to avoid big loss in the market. so trade with good market skills then we can make good profit in the market.

i agree with you a good trader always use stop loss and take profit .some of people do not use stop loss so and they watch when market back but they loss the money .so we should be use stop loss and take profit.
