Many traders do the trades in demo account and they are doing quite well. but when they enter in real trade they only face losing? what is the reason and mistakes which creates this failure?

i am new at this forum and have no experience of real account i am yet practicing a demo account...but in my opinion the demo account is not running market while in real account the market is moving up and down which causes profit or loss .
