Is Forex "Hard work" or "Smart Work"?

me pehlay b kafi bar is topic pay baat kar chuka hon aur meray khyal me forex me insan k apnay skills bhot depend kartay hain.aur mehnat kam.agar hum me kuch hai to hum kam wakt me bhot sara paisa kama saktay hain.

I think the Forex business is the smart work. Because Forex market is the knowledge base business. We are get the Forex knowledge then we ate say the Forex business is the smart business's. We are enjoy this business.

we always tell each others that if we do hard work we will get success in Forex,but i want to ask from the fellow traders that is it the hard work that pays us good dividends or it is the smart work that can bring us good results.. what ll you say about this give me your hints .
