I see that these two terms are quite often used in Forex trading.
I don't understand it fully. Can anybody tell me or explain these two terms with easy examples.

Leverage aap apni marsi sai set kersakty ho but best leverage 1:500 hai or lot size agar aap ka capital 100$ ho to best maximum 0.05 rahy ga trend k saath barhaty raho.

Leverage are meant to help us as small traders have ability to trade more amount than what we have. as a beginner, high leverage is good for us to help us trade more but we should not go ahead and over use the oppportunity and be mindful of money management even when we have the grace to trade with high leverage,

to understand leverage you have to understand lot first, with each standard lot there are 100000 unit of currency, when you but 1 std lot eurousd you are buying 100000 euro against usd with your capital,
now say you dont have 100000 in your account, so in real you are unable to to buy 100000 euro, here leverage helps, with 1:500 leverage you have the cability to but 500 unit with 1 dollar ,

leverage is almost like a percentage of your capital you'll use for the lot unit where you eat the greater the leverage the greater the position that you open and is also directly proportional to the risk and the profit that you will get.

the leverage is something that make you can execute the bigger transaction if you haven't any big leverage, we can't trade with the $100
so thanks to the foreign broker, especially for instaforex that can give us 1:1000 leverage system, and we can still trade with the small money

Leverage is a borrowed money that broker give you to open the trading lot, that is a minimum of 100,000 units, that you can not buy with your 100$, so you need to have leverage of broker to open a lot.
