< What are the best days to trade and on which days should not be traded >

hello traders ,
there are many people who are in forex that everyone should avoid doing tradinig on monday and friday....what do you people think that what are the best days for trade and which days should be avoided? please give the reasons for that....

The best days for trading are Tuesday to Thursday and in these days market movement is very much quicker and we can make good profit in the market easily. And avoid trading on Monday and Friday because days are starting and ending of the week and therefore no good movement can be shown.

By the way i have no idea about it but i want to say that for trading their is no fix day but it depend upon your luck or market specially news some time on pairs so be careful about it must aware about it.......
