How to place the Stop Loss correctly

Stop loss is the money management tool. It does not save the trader in going into loss but it does save him get his account washed away. While putting the stop loss one should be mindful of the fact that the price might move towards the stop loss and it may close the trade very soon. As a yard stick, while placing the stop loss add 20 pips to the spread for currencies with 7 or more pips and add 10 pips to the currencies for spreads lower than 5.

I think nknthat is the depends on the analysis.
But the most of the trader apply the SL or to is the 20 pips.
You can mange the accordingly. Earn the money your own plan.

Brother main to hamesha take profit ke limit he lagata hon. Kabi stop loss ke limit nahi set ke. Kyu keh main recovery tak ka waite kar lyta hon agar forex trading main loss ka samna ho jaye. Agar apko profit ho jata ha to wo close ho jaye ga.

whenever you trade, always option for the stop loss, you can use it when you think that you cant bear more loss, so at certain limit you have to use this option and its value so that you can save from big loss.

Obviously, I advise to all to use of stop loss and take profits on demo accounts. I think demo is the mirror of real trading. We apply our knowledge in demo to develop our skill in trading. So, we should use stop loss and take profit also in demo account to use this strategy perfectly.
