Well first i joined forex i used the 1:100 leverage, seems too minus for some traders but that's not bad than moved to 1:200 sometimes 1:500 never exceed this leverage but always depends on the capital invested and the profit that you want to make in addition of the amount of risk would be taken.

For me, at the moment,I am just using the highest leverage 1:1000 in my trading account,which is provided by Instaforex.I have benefit so much from the high leverage.With high leverage,I can just trade with little money as the margin call.But you must have learned the money management well in forex in advance.
