Which one is better for a trader real account or bonus account ?

Hello traders what did you think that which account is better for us real account or the bonus account.Bonus account had a problem that company can ban this account any time while the real account had a problem that we can not trade with lot of freedom.So which one is better ?

demo account is different and real account is different in terms of profit. in demo account the market is running very fast and the real account is a little slow in movement but every new trader need demo account to practice of trading.
