STARC ka full form hai "Stoller Average Range Channels". Yeh indicator Manning Stoller ne develop kiya tha. STARC Bands ka kaam hai market volatility ko measure karna aur potential price reversal points ko identify karna.



STARC Bands ka formula:
STARC Bands do lines par hoti hain: ek upper band aur ek lower band. Yeh dono bands ek center line (moving average) ke around plot hoti hain.

Upper STARC Band = SMA + (ATR Multiplier)
Lower STARC Band = SMA - (ATR Multiplier)

STARC Bands ka Istemaal:
1. Market Reversals Identify Karna:
Jab price upper STARC band ko touch ya breach karti hai, to yeh overbought condition ko indicate karta hai aur ek potential selling opportunity ho sakti hai.
Jab price lower STARC band ko touch ya breach karti hai, to yeh oversold condition ko indicate karta hai aur ek potential buying opportunity ho sakti hai.

2. Volatility Measure Karna:
STARC Bands ka istimaal market volatility ko measure karne ke liye bhi hota hai. Jab bands wider hoti hain, yeh high volatility ko show karta hai. Jab bands narrower hoti hain, yeh low volatility ko show karta hai.



Practical Example:
Chaliye ek example se samajhte hain:

Assume kijiye humari SMA 20-period ki hai aur ATR bhi 20-period ka hai.
Multiplier ki value 2 rakhte hain.

Agar current closing price $50 hai aur 20-period SMA $48 hai, aur ATR $1.5 hai, to upper aur lower STARC bands kuch is tarah calculate hongi:

Upper STARC Band = $48 + (1.5 2) = $51
Lower STARC Band = $48 - (1.5 2) = $45

Agar price $51 ko touch karti hai, to yeh overbought condition indicate karega. Agar price $45 ko touch karti hai, to yeh oversold condition indicate karega.
